NHK Hall.

Today I had a meeting at the company office from the afternoon. With Spark Hasegawa-shi and Junior-san. Ever since AnCafe's hiatus, I've hardly had any meetings at the company office. So it was really the first time in a long period of time.

In the evening I went to go see SOPHIA-san's live. I was invited by Kuroyanagi-san☆ AnCafe also did 2 one-man lives at NHK hall. We also did a recording for an NHK music show. I realized yet again, how big that hall is. Today's live was a really nice live, and I felt all kinds of emotions. It was this kind of timing for me too, so.

Either way, being able to do a band is a very lucky thing. Being able to do music is a lucky thing in itself too, but having enthusiastic and loving fans is such an incomparable type of happiness. The "Tekesuta Kousen" that we heard at Shikisai Aon when Miku-kun faced the microphone to the audience, the "mou ippai!" that we heard from outside of the hall at HIBIYA ON ☆ The ☆ O NEW Sekai after we finished "BondS", the "Smile Ichiban Ii ♀" that everyone sang to us at the very end of Budoukan...oh, all the examples became Japan lives. Sorry. I remember all the overseas lives too. I'm very thankful for all the Japan Cafekkos and also the overseas Cafekkos. Thank you.

The picture is a drawing of Kanon san that a German Cafekko drew. The penguin character is spreading(laugh) Well then, good night.

Cherry Blossoms.

This is the 2nd update for today! I got some extra time☆

Tokyo was warm today. But I was locked away in the underground studio practicing and practicing... The cherry blossoms are beautifully blooming, I want to go flower-watching. Night cherry blossoms are nice too, but...watching the cherry blossoms while being blown by the soft wind on a warm sunny day is nice. I like the afternoons.

The other day there was a request in a message from a Cafekko in Mexico saying "I want to see the cherry blossoms in Japan". I guess I'll start carrying around my digital camera from tomorrow☆ I also got messages from Spain, Germany, Argentina, Brazil and America... As expected, there are a lot of messages from Cafekkos in countries AnCafe went to. Well it has been exactly 1 year since the World Tour afterall. But, the other day there was a message from a Cafekko in Columbia! I instantly thought "where was Columbia again!?" and opened up a map(^_^) It's a country that we've never been to yet. I wonder what kind of place it is. I'm very interested.

The picture is Spain's Sagrada Familia.

I have studio again after this today. I'll work hard☆

A Bandman that works at a Ramen restaurant.

After I posted the previous entry, I went into studio. I got so tired today...I'm all worn out(^_^;)

After I finished studio, I got hungry so I went to a ramen place near the studio. I've been going this ramen place a lot recently. I think I've been there about 3 times? this past half month. I'm going there pretty often. After I bought the ticket and gave it to the employee, another employee immediately came up to talk to me.

"Teruki san!"

He is a drummer for this certain new young band. I only greeted him once at this one after party for a live, but he's a very polite and honest kid. And the ramen that I ordered was the simplest ramen at that store, but when the ramen actually came out...there was seaweed, pork chunks, seasoned eggs, and all kinds of toppings on it! I wanted to thank him, but when I was leaving, he wasn't there anymore, so...I'll just say it right now "thank you. It was very good. I'll go there again!"

There are a lot of other visual-kei bandmen who work at ramen shops. There is one person who works at this one ramen place in Harajuku, and he always gives me specials too. There are also 2 more bandmen that I know that work at ramen places. They're hands are so beat up that they say it's difficult...

Well then.

Find takuya!

Today I mainly did indoor work. From time to time I gripped the drum stick and did some finger exercises.

I didn't explain yesterday's picture. I got a couple messages saying "what is that picture of?".
Yesterday's picture is Chiba prefecture's Choshi-city. For this year's New Years, I spent the night at Kanon san's parent's house, but I went to go see the first sunrise with Kanon san's family. I took that picture then. I took another picture a little more to the left (more towards the street), and you could see the land colored in red and it was so beautiful! But there were a couple people in the picture so it's a little harder to post up(^_^;) it's too bad.

And, and regarding yesterday's entry, I got a question that asked "what kind of jobs was Teruki san doing?"
I've experienced all kinds of things too. When I was still in Sendai, I worked at a convenience store, karaoke place, a bar, and when I was in Okinawa, I worked at a restaurant, a convenience store, and after I came to Tokyo, traffic adjustment (?not sure), a telephone complaint service, a factory, a convenience store...When AnCafe started I was working as a temporary employee at a factory. The factory I worked at made the machine that allows people to see the baby inside of a pregnant woman's stomach. I assembled the parts, and inspected the machine to see if all the parts were working correctly. We actually put it against our own arms and stomach. Since I took a day off every time AnCafe had a live, they fired me(x_x) Well, I guess that was expected.

And so, the last place I worked became Seven Eleven, but when events and tours piled up, it got harder to go to work... I used to get a lot of phone calls from the manager saying "when can you ever come out!". This old lady that I worked the afternoon shifts with at Seven Eleven, and this young guy who I worked evening shifts with(who is now the manager!) both used to come watch AnCafe's lives a lot☆

At that time, I was working at the Seven Eleven closest to my house, and at the closest Family Mart, Kanon san was working, and at the closest Lawson, this guitartist for this certain band was working there. He's in a different company, so I won't say his name. But, they're a pretty popular band right now! They've been on the covers for most of the visual kei magazines out there.

The picture is yet again, another one from Bordeaux, France. This day was a day-off so I have a lot of pictures. This picture is when I went on a walk with the translator masa-san and takuya. If you look really closely, you can see takuya in the picture(laugh) Please zoom in and look at it.

Brazil Day.

Today in the early afternoon, I did my make up and had a photoshoot. It was just takuya and I☆ But I hadn't done a photoshoot in so long, that I forgot...how to look cool(laugh) But a bigger problem than that, was...takuya was chubbier(^_^;) After that I went into studio.

Well putting that story aside, on yesterday's picture, takuya was the figure further back of the guy who was in the middle of the photo. The lady in front was looking back! I wonder if she was saying "oh what a handsome man!". Oh yeah, at the Hard Rock Cafe in America, this lady started talking to takuya. He couldn't speak English so he was like "Eh...Oh...hm...(・_・;)".

I got a message from a Cafekko in Brazil saying "4/5 is Brazil's AnCafe day". 1 year goes by so fast...On the day of Brazil's live, I was seperate from the other members, and went to the livehouse with the staff-san. I went there early to adjust the drum set I was renting. It's amazing how I remember. I remember we ate pizza too...That day we had a magazine interview and also a TV recording. It was sunny from the morning, but when we were recording, it was raining really hard outside. When we were eating before the live started, the cook started singing some popular Japanese song. Of course he was a Brazilian? What was it... I think he sang us Ozaki, Yutaka or something. And then the next day after the live, on our way to the airport, the taxi driver bought 2 snacks from this person selling snacks on the street, and he gave me one. It was peanuts with a little bit of salt sprinkled, and it was very good☆

I want to go to the other side of Earth again.

"Chubby" in Japan means you go from looking like a toothpick to looking like a twig. roffle

Thanks for translating! I really love Teruki's blog. I just might like it even better than Miku's. (>_>) lol
xio_chanxio_chan on April 8th, 2010 02:09 am (UTC)
Yeah, you may be right o.o
last month Miku was TOLD TO diet o__o Even Miku himself didn't think he was chubby (and that's REALLY something), but he had to start a creepy diet anyway >.<
If I were in Japan, I (who's actually chubby) would be obese ._________.

Happy
Teruki makes me happy too! He seems so friendly. I wish I can meet him in person or have a talk with him even if it's online. He's probably a blast to talk to.
